30-Min Chicken Wings (Cooked to 200° – No Sauce Needed)
Think your wings are juicy?
Think again. Most people pull their wings at 165°F and end up with rubbery skin. In this video, I’m showing you why taking these wings all the way to 200°F—powered by a secret combo of Elite BBQ Smokers Beef Rub and Duck Fat—results in the juiciest, most flavorful bite you’ve ever had.
We’re skipping the sauce entirely because when the prep is this good, you don't need to hide the chicken. If you’ve been looking for that perfect, crispy "dry" wing that actually melts in your mouth, this Monument Grills method is the only recipe you need.
The secret? We aren’t stopping at 165°. We’re pushing these to 200° for a texture that pulls right off the bone. No mess, no sticky sauce—just pure, elite BBQ flavor.
